What is Cryptdle?

Cryptdle is a free daily dungeon platformer in the browser. It is not a word puzzle like Wordle. Everyone gets the same named crypt each day. Collect the gems, unlock the exit, and race for the fastest escape.

How to play

  1. Move with arrow keys or WASD. Jump with Space, Z, or Up.
  2. Hold into a wall to slide, then jump off for a wall jump.
  3. Collect every gem to unlock the exit door.
  4. Avoid traps and enemies.
  5. Escape, then share your time or climb today's leaderboard.

After your first clear, your ghost races automatically (G to toggle). The leaderboard's fastest escape races in gold (Shift+G). Open the archive to replay past crypts, or carve a random crypt.
